Q: Is this a socially-mediated media business? A dream? A mistake?
A: probably all of the above, and more (or less).
In an era where a ton of editorial talent is available, even if there is (surely momentarily) no well-funded entity currently known which would actually pay said talent pool, one can always ruminate, or hope for enough Ad Sense click-throughs to buy beer and other necessities for a brash band of self-proclaimed writers and editors
